We're getting closer and closer to visible building construction. In preparation for The Naylor Building (the science, technology, engineering, and math building named for Irvin S. Naylor '54 and his family), teachers are being assigned classrooms so they can specify shelving and other needs for their new spaces. Here's what else is happening:
Depending upon timing, it is possible that we could have a tower crane installed to use for the construction of our two buildings. If the crane is not available, hydraulic lifts will be used. For an eagle's eye view of construction on campus, visit www.mcdonogh.org/cmp/cam. Two cameras have been strategically placed to provide real-time images of the new spaces being created as part of the Campus Master Plan. |
