"Character Matters" was the theme of a performance by second graders on February 26 in the Ceres M. Horn Theatre. In this fun show, the Fairy Tale Advice Counsel, led by Rapunzel, Cinderella, and Humpty Dumpty, helped folktale celebrities learn many important character-building lessons. For example, Hansel and Gretel taught the witch to be a good neighbor, the Miller's daughter gave up trying to guess Rumplestiltskin's name, the rats persuaded the Pied Piper to forgive the townspeople, and Troll learned to stop bullying Billy Goat Gruff.
