Students in all three divisions produced 250 handcrafted ceramic bowls for the Empty Bowls Project. Art teacher Leslie Portney introduced students to the project as a way to help feed Baltimore's homeless. Students' bowls went to the St. Vincent de Paul of Baltimore's annual Empty Bowls fundraiser March 20 at the College of Notre Dame. Patrons bought the bowls, and their contributions supported St. Vincent's services for the homeless.
