Bertolt Brecht's "The Life of Galileo" is a realistic portrayal of a scientific genius and telescope inventor. April 9, 10, and 11, a cast of 40 superb actors from the McDonogh Theatre Lab brought into focus the tension between religion and science in 17th century Italy. Indeed, Galileo's discoveries threatened church doctrine.
