Winter at the Barn
As I watch my daughter Summerlynd ride her pony Richard at the McDonogh barn, I can’t resist photographing the horses. They are especially stunning with the contrast of their bodies against a snow-covered field. And, with peppermints in my pockets, I’ve made many “friends.” MaryRose Nelson ’85
