Prefirst Blossoms in ROOTS Play
On Friday, May 6, the Prefirst Class of 2023 presented "How Does Your Roots Garden Grow" an adaptation of "How Does Your Garden Grow?" In the play, the Roots garden is overrun with weeds, so the farmers, scarecrows, animals, flowers, plants, and vegetables worked together to solve the problem. Through cooperation, planning, and help from the "Lower School Crew" (audience), the weeds were banished from the garden. At the end of the play the McDonogh Roots Garden becomes a "favorite community spot!"
